- How do guests get the guide?
- Two ways: a link you can drop into your booking messages, and a printable A5 QR sign for the entryway. Guests scan it with their phone camera — no app to download, no account to create.
- Is my wifi password public?
- No. Sensitive details like wifi passwords and door codes sit behind a PIN that you set and share only with confirmed guests. The rest of the guide stays publicly viewable at its link.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes — generating, editing, and previewing your guidebook is free. You only need a plan to publish the live guest page.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe and you can cancel from your account at any time. Your guidebook content stays yours.
